As our guest, you’ll enjoy “Member-for-a-Stay” access to the stunning 6,700-sq-ft Solterra Clubhouse—offering the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and resort-style living.

To support these premium amenities, Solterra charges a one-time $35 access fee per reservation, paid directly to the resort upon arrival (this fee is not collected by the homeowner).
