Deposit: A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full on your scheduled arrival day.
Refund Schedule
48-Hour Grace Period: Guests are eligible for a full refund of all payments if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking.
Standard Policy: After the initial 48-hour grace period, the 10% deposit is non-refundable.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 7 days of arrival (once the full balance has been paid) are strictly non-refundable.
Travel Insurance
Because our policy is strictly enforced to protect the availability of the property, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This protects your investment against unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, or last-minute changes to your travel plans.
